Thanks to excellent YAG beam quality, the YAG100 laser provides high resolution marking as well as unparalleled marking speed

Flexible, it provides permanent and reliable marking on most metals and many plastic components as well as coated materials, ceramics and precious metals.

The YAG100 laser technology requires no consumable and is internally cooled. No external cooling system is required. Maintenance is dramatically reduced due to the very long diode lifetime (> 10 000 functioning hours).

Compact, the Yag100 can be easily located on a desktop. Ergonomically sound, it is fitted with a large counter balanced door for easy loading and unloading of parts. The work area accommodates objects up to 250mm (10 inches) tall by 400mm (16 inches.) wide.

Productivity is optimised due to the motorized height adjustment and digital positional display, a red alignment laser to help in part and marking position, a T-slotted table for easy fixturing and internal lighting of the marking area.

The GravoStyle software package, user friendly and very intuitive, makes job creation easier than ever. The advanced functions provide extended capabilities within a few mouse clicks (barcodes, Data Matrix ™, pictures, dials, etc).
